Can someone help me fix Jacob's hair? It's the only part I can't shade correctly....

I'm guessing you're using Paint or a similar simple program? You may need to ignore the program-specif techniques in these, but the fundamentals and shapes may still help you.

My personal suggestion would be to think of the hair as being in pieces; the different locks, basically. Have each piece of hair a little darker on the back of the piece, and possibly feature highlights more toward the front of the piece (a little shine, at least, is generally good, unless you don'y want shiny hair). The closer to the front of his head (light source), the smaller the shadow-y part per piece; and the closer to the back of the head, the more all-encompassing the shadow-y part per piece.
