If someone wanted to change their username to one that was previously used but has since been deleted, is it possible? Or does a deleted account go to limbo for eternity?
I believe that renames can be reused although there may be a cooling off period to prevent mistaken identity 
(I know usernames changed via Masquerade Mask have a period of 6 months where they can't be used by others, but I don't know whether it's the same for deleted user accounts)
