Simple question.
Out of curiosity, I decided to see what it would look like if they worked at an average of 1 lion per minute. Sure, someone might easily defeat several lions within a single minute, but that would be offset by time needed to rest, eat, sleep, use a toilet, or find more lions.
One billion minutes is about 1902.6 years. At a lion per second, which would require a great deal of efficiency, it could be managed in about 32 years.
