Looking for something with the vibes of Bee and PuppyCat or Rillakuma and Kaoru. A story about a young adult, human, probably doesn't know exactly what they're doing in life, and has some sort of strange pet/companion that is either an alien, magical creature, or something else unusual that other characters seem either unfazed by or entirely oblivious to the nature of. Specifics of the setting are flexible. Slice-of-life-ish, generally chill and lowkey vibes, wholesome, with the potential for a bit of whimsy and weirdness.
I'd be happy to take either role in this story, while my partner takes the one I'm not playing. We could both play some side-characters, too, as needed/wanted. If I were to play the creature, I could either use Mistral, or create a new character entirely. For the human, I would most likely make a new character as none of my current human cast are all that suited to this idea.
The two main characters would have a platonic relationship, and while I don't really tend to write romance in general, some side-character romance could be included if you want that, as long as it isn't the primary focus of the RP.
This is sort of vague and maybe niche, so I'm not sure if anyone will be interested... But hey, you never know unless you try, right?

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

Small possibility of combat, usually brief and not detailed.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.

If you do wanna rp, I can be any of those three, even tho the trio isn't really supposed to be split BUT I just wanna to so we can make adjustments one way or another, that is if you accept lol
