Disclaimer: This RP is heavily based off of Resident Evil, set in the events of Resident Evil 2. Canon characters likely will not be involved but will be mentioned, as well as the lore and setting heavily woven in and involved in the plot. Some things may be changed, though. (For example (Warning, RE1 spoilers): In the RP, Wesker has missed his chance at betrayal in Spencer's Mansion, and is still working with S.T.A.R.S. at the RPD.)

Caboose and his husband, Albert, had recently gotten married. On his way to drop his husband's lunch off at the RPD, as he had forgotten it that morning, he discovered a horrible truth; zombies were everywhere.
Left with only his husband's Beretta 92FS "Samurai Edge" that he had taken off his desk, he's now left to fend for himself, and in an apocalypse no less. With the limited knowledge he has on the development of the T-Virus from his time at Umbrella Corp., he and another survivor (your character) are forced to brave the horrors of Raccoon City.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romantic themes are possible, but won't pan out. For example: unrequited love.
