Yep, there's a group especially for the Wings of Fire world, although this one is centered around the lives of pirate dragons, though it's most definitely not limited to that at all. Here, you can create characters who either join pirate crews (the main one being what the group's named after, Kraken's Krew), go freelance, or even create crews of their own! Of course, you'd need permission from me for the last part, and you'd have to have your idea pretty organized.
But anyways, we have lots of slots open and are looking for roleplays now. I hope you're interested!
