Magic users are ranked by their elemental affinity and their ability to manipulate mana—conjurers shape spells externally, while augmenters enhance their own physicality. Children awaken their mana cores early in life, and their paths are shaped by noble lineage, magical potential, or sheer determination. Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.

More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
