Northern Europe ( German territories but at the time of the civilization occurrence were free from their boundaries aeons ago)
Early summer months May- Early June. 61 degrees temp. Clear/partially cloudy skies.
Iveline Rayana has been searching for the Castle for quite sometime. Her people, now long forgotten had established it's presence in this area many aeons ago. She had been raised in order to understand the forbidden ways of her people since then but had never forgotten the tales that had laid hidden within. Her father's passing within the coming time had only led her to become more intrigued by the knowledge of the people that he had never felt the need to share with her. With their faiths legends and tales that were as old as time she couldn't help but track down the location of their ancient civilization. Now is present day of the 21st century, she had to find the illuminated manuscripts of the times before now in order to find the castle's precise location. Long thought to be lost to the people in their coming of ages she has stumbled upon a crypt of sacred arcane knowledge and forbidden secrets that have exposed their true locations. As she entered the crypt she couldn't but feel anxious about what she is to find. Her father had forbade her before to search for the manuscripts and yet she could not help but feel the pulling of their position in the cadence of time. As if they were calling out to her begging for their lore to be uncovered and embraced.
Ivy had searched continuously in order to try to find any correlating information to assist with the search of the knowledge held within the crypt, but had yet to find someone who was tempted enough to share their studies with her upon the beginning of the journey. She is in the little town of Naturschutzgebiet Moorgurtel at an Inn prior to her continuance to the castle's true location. As she sits at the bar in a seat farthest from the entrance. She enjoys a meal prior to her departure the following morning.
She had sent out a various amount of correspondence of her location to those of associated bearance of speculative location and archaeological chronologies. But had yet to receive any confirmation of their accompaniment on the excursion. So she had not expected anyone to show up at this time to explore with her further. She had already checked in and acquired a room for the night to rest before she set out on the adventure the next morning. She had only hoped someone would show up to embark on the journey with her. But had no hopes of such an occurrence at the time.

"Thank you," Iveline said to the bartender who had brought her another drink while eating the meal she had ordered for dinner that evening. She was quite full but was appreciative of his service none theses. " That will be all for this evening." she told him as it was the night before leaving the establishment. "Very well." he replied, nodding his head in agreement. Ivy Rae, as she went by with most of the people who knew her smiled towards the man in appreciation of his service.
She didn't want to overdue it the night before the start of her excursion. But after finishing the drink he had brought she thought " Why not?" and ordered another. Many had studied the location and history of her families genealogy but without much basis upon its actual epistemology she had found no one was was positive in any of the information they had acquired. So she would continue along the preservation of that which her father's legends had taught her nonetheless. She had started to feel tired as the night progressed.

Ivy graciously thanked the bartender for the second drink he brought to her even after she had told him she was finished for the evening.
He gave her a look that she knew too well. He was a little irritable that she had dismissed him earlier and then decided to order another. She accepted the drink from him graciously and then pulled out a journal from the bag hanging on the chair at her side. She had found the journal by her father's bedside table after his passing. She wasn't aware of the language that it was written in and due to his passing was having a hard time deciphering it. She had found some notes in his study that assisted her in the translation of the journal but she was not sure as to what it actually contained.
She had a codex that she had pieced together from the notes that would assist her in the deciphering of the message. Ivy did not want to spend too much time looking at her father's notes in the bar of the Inn, but figured it was as safe of a place as any due to not many people being present within. The Bar was lit by faint candle light from various places within the establishment and she wanted a clearer view of the words that were written. She leaves more than enough money to compensate the bartender for her meal and time he had spent serving her on the bar next to her now finished plate. She picked up the bag and placed the strap over her shoulder, she then picked up the journal with one hand and the stein in the other. " I hope you don't mind if I take this with me to my room?" she said as she held the stein upwards. He calmly nodded in agreement without a word being said. She headed towards a stairwell in the corner of the room that led to the upstairs where her room was located. When she reached the stairwell she looked back to embrace the room of the establishment once more before her departure in the morning. "Hmmm." she said basking in the ambience of the area once more.
She then headed up the stairs. Once at the top of the stairwell she headed down a corridor till she was at the door of her room. She hadn't locked the room while she was downstairs. She opened the door quietly as to not disturb anyone else that maybe be in any of the rooms near her. She walks inside and closes the door behind her with a gentle kick of the foot so she did not slam the door. Once inside she sets the stein on a dresser and places the journal on the bed. She sits down and removes her boots before taking the journal into her hands once more. Wishing she could read the messages clearly without having to use the codex to decipher the messages.
She decided to read back through what she had already decoded. "I wish I could have shared more of this information with my daughter Iveline, but I find it best that she doesn't look into our civilizations beginning more than what I have already told her. I do not wish for her to come back to the knowledge of our people's ways that have diminished in the time since then. That is why I have hidden the copies of the manuscripts that still remain in a place that she may not be able to find them." He had written down the location of the manuscripts in a code at the bottom of the page." One day perhaps I will be able to tell her the full story of our civilizations beginnings but for now it must be this way." She wished he had the time to show her what he meant when he had written that message, as it was a part of the writings at the start of the book. But he had not came to her with any mention of it prior to his passing.
