I’m looking for one or more adult players/co writers for a Space opera roleplay idea:

You have traveled the vast void between the galaxies for almost a billion years. You have arrived, here in this untamed garden of stars, bringing technology from a myriad advanced worlds of your home galaxy. Unimaginable artifacts made by the golden Dyson spheres. Almost Clark level tech (indistinguishable from magic)

You brought vast but finite reserves of precious Antimatter. The lifeblood that fuels your technologies, that allows you to build golden empires, rise advanced fleets and destroy worlds around distant stars if needed. You can make new races of living being, sentient machines, and even maybe travel faster than light. But at a price.

Ooc: So this is Space opera on a grand scale following one or several demigod like hyper technological beings arriving at the new galaxy. This roleplay can be played at various stages and players can be both “gods”, “upstart champions”, or more or less “regular beings”.

Basically there is one or several advanced alien beings that come to a galaxy carrying advanced tech and finite amount of antimatter. We can play at early stage (age of myth so to speak) Where antimatter is abundant and massive empires rise or get conquered. Golden fleets get build or destroyed by massive super weapons. Entire civilizations get uplifted or created organic or machine.

Mid stage (age of legend) is the golden era of galaxy, there is still antimatter available but the demi-gods ration it more carefully. Less wasteful use more empire building and conventional warfare.

Late stage (age of dying stars) is late age of the galaxy. Antimatter is practically run out, advanced technology is struggling to even preserve the waning ancient empires. There is almost no “fantastical” God-weapons, no or almost no faster than light travel and the god-emperors of old are ether dead or dying clinging to their power. Perhaps an upstart champion can find one of the small remaining caches of antimatter and use it to slay old emperor. etc.

Antimatter is a finite reserve in this world almost impossible to replenish save for taking from another demi-god or in later ages perhaps finding a forgotten cache. There is possible to make more but it requires insane amounts of time an effort. Most interstellar travel is slower than light which means you time skip when traveling between star systems cryo-sleep, stasis or life preserving tech is fairly common; save for a few special cases (described later) there is no FTL.

Examples of things that take very little antimatter:
Powering advanced personal power armor or weapons. Sabotage using a small amount to create nuclear size explosion, traveling at sub light speeds. (up to about 50% of light speed), sending laser encoded data across interstellar distances (could be done without antimatter but harder). Creating living beings or human-like intelligent robots.

Things that take medium amount of antimatter(examples):
Powering a battleship that can “glass” a planet. Ship based, "mega weapons" that can devastate things in the same solar system. Traveling at speeds 90-95% of light. Teleporting single entity or small group (provided you have equipment on both sides);(this is one of two ways anyone travels faster than light). Creating superhuman beings or advanced robots that are superior to humans in all ways. Using “force field” to defend against superweapons or completely ignore regular weapons. Using superweapons that can for example destroy all life on a planet unless massively fortified or shielded (same star system).

Things that take enormous amounts of antimatter (examples): Using jump drive that instantly sends ship to a different location (no equipment on the receiving side) this is one of the most expensive uses, and if someone wants to jump drive fleets; antimatter will run out in just a few jumps. (this is the second of the two ways anyone can travel faster than light), Destroying planets utterly (Death star style); there are cheaper ways of dealing with planets most of the time. Deploying “Relativistic Kill Missiles” Or beam weapons that can turn a planet into barren waste or sea of molten glass at interstellar distances. Creating artificial Gods. Making partial Dyson sphere.
