This is a game all about my very favourite trope... Found family!
How to play? Simply post in-character stating how your character thinks the one above them would fit into their family. For example:

• "They seem like an endearing but exasperating little sibling."
• "I'd adopt them in a heartbeat."
• I'd want them to be my parent."
• "This guy seems like the sort of weird uncle nobody invites to any family events, but who shows up anyway..."
• Etc, etc.

You may not suggest any kind of romantic relationship between characters. There are other forum games floating around for dating and the like; this one is exclusively for platonic/familial relationships.

I'll do an in-character post in a moment to start things off.

"Hey, who broke the fourth wall?" Chiharu peered about, frowning in mock suspicion. "The only person above me is the one who made me into a character... But despite them basically creating me, I know they wouldn't be comfortable being called my parent. Sooo... Semi-estranged cousin? Sure! Okay, now this game can really start!" With that, the fourth wall was back up, and the little kitsune looked very confused about what they'd just said.

“I think they'd be a delight to have around the house. Just as long as they don't... chew on anything in the lab,” she says, shaking her head. “I'd adopt them. I'd love the company."

"Step-mom is... too much." Xueqing tilted her head to her right side. "Though, she seems like she could be an aunt who has a mania for mechanical things."

"And so I can try to purify her son out of his involuntary dark magic!"

"She could look like my sister. We are both Asians. Her being Chinese and me being Japanese."

"Woah!! You look like the kind of political family member they introduce me during dinner and I immediatedly forget what their name was and cue an awkward silence ensues...Woud love to give those guns a test though!"

"You look like the kind of family member that forgets a deal but has a heart of gold. And you can try them any time!"
