It is nightfall and the Midnight train makes it's first stop
"Attention passengers, the Midnight Train is leaving in two minutes. All passengers are advised to board the train. Thank you!" The platform manager yelled, as the crew finished loading the last wares aboard.
The whistle of the train sounded and the engine started, ready to leave at a moments notice.
Masato stepped into the train and made his way to the restaurant car. He stepped in behind the counter and turned on the stove, oven and the gentle music that played in the car. He hummed to himself, as he took out cutting boards, knives and equipment to prepare for the customers to come.
"Last call for the Midnight Train! One minute!" the platform manager yelled, then pocketed his watch.
Masato finished lining up the fresh fish, rice and vegetables for tonight's special: Sushi. Although he did prepare for several other orders and goods should the need arise.
