It was found three centuries ago and is prestigious and relatively hard to get into - you need to pass an entrance exam. It’s located in the hills of Sol, bordering the forest of Artemis. It’s closer to the border of Fellpais as opposed to the capital, Apollo. It was created to teach the mages of Sol, and occasionally transfers from other countries.

Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Renaissance
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.
