I just had a small question. If someone’s username now has a line through it, does that mean the account has been deleted? Or does it also mean a blocking? I’m sorry to ask, I just feel a bit lost right now

Hi. It is not a block. Line-outs mean the character or the writer has been deleted. It happens when a writer deletes a particular character. If the writer's account is deleted, then their user name and all their characters will line out. It is sad when it happens, especially when you are planning or are engaged in writing an RP with them.
