Hello everyone, and welcome to my search thread! This is meant to serve as a more generic post for the sake of recruiting would-be partners and throwing out basic ideas while I work on porting my main brainchildren on here and get some basic ideas rolling. That said, I'll lay out some pointers so you all can understand what I'm after.
Now that the least fun part is off the table, onto my general interests:
Now, for canon universes. Onto those, I generally play with my OCs/create my own, but depending on the idea, I can be convinced to play a canon character.
That would be it for now! Tune in along the week to check in for my character additions - this should give us even faster paths into writing stories together. I eagerly await you all and hope we can write something fun together soon!

1. First of all: do understand that I'm a fairly busy person. While I'm very friendly and hardly prone to being annoyed, pestering me for responses won't go anywhere. So just be mindful; I'm not ignoring you, I'm likely busy!
2. Second of all, this thread is explicitly all ages, so while some mature themes may arise, particularly excessive sexual content is a no-no.
3. Continuing off, I don't mind writing on threads, private conversations or, depending on the model, off-site.

-I love, love, love Fantasy from the bottom of my heart. Dark, High or Low, Gothic, you name it - if you can separate it from the time period of the Middle Ages as a technological referential, hell, even better!
-Sci-fi is more of a mixed bag, and yet-- I absolutely adore Cyberpunk. More traditional sci-fi, specially space-faring universes do work, but I'm more in love with the 'punk' side of things. Dystopias for the sake of making hope shine brighter than ever.
-Historical is a bit of a mixed bag. 'Oh, but you're a Historian!' Yeah, and more interested in engaging with alt-history proposals than pure historical, but the right idea can convince me,
-Canon is the same. I have way too many fandoms to list them all (I'll try listing them anyways), but it's always a hit and a miss with me, depending on my current mood.

Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is expected but not required, and will be accompanied by other plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.
