I know there is a collapse option, but I had the idea that there are some ideas that you don’t want to lose, but don’t want others to see. Like if you had secrets your characters had that you don’t want to forget, you could put them there. Maybe a hidden page you can make within the profile just for the creator of the character to see?
I think this could be a fun feature, if it's not too much of a pain to add.
I keep information like this in my notes, and that for sure works just fine, but I do sometimes think it would be nice to have it all neatly formatted on the character's profile, just invisible to everyone else. Otherwise you'd have to collapse or spoiler tag it and just hope people don't peek... People would absolutely peek.
But since we can just keep this kind of thing in notes or docs or whatever, I wouldn't really be surprised if the feature isn't implemented, especially when there are other coding priorities.
I wonder if maybe the DM tag that's usable in groups could be sort of a reference point for sticking hidden info in a page that only the player can see. Not the same as a page, but it'd be something.

I know that I, too, would like to have hidden info on my profiles. ^^;

Other methods I've seen used are making the text match the background (but highlighting it still reveals it) or sticking it in a sub-page and hoping no one notices. Not sure if I've seen the too-small-text trick used on RPR, though, or if how our BBCode is set up would even allow that to work.

this won't work against screenreader users though :> they're gonna hear your hidden info loud and clear

You can also use this code

SECRET <---- Highlight here
Code:
[colour=transparent]SECRET[/colour]

This is an interesting code! It hides stuff and can only be seen in edit mode!

Really?! 😮 Thank you! I’ll still keep the suggestion up in case it could be a thing, but this at least will help keep things in one place.

Depending on your browser, it may or may not reveal itself when highlighted
And as said above a screen reader will expose it too :)

It will be exposed if copy/pasted

What I do is making an ‘anonymous’ character where I put in information that might be used later. Just make sure one can’t trace that character by giving it the most weird name. You can always edit any of your characters and the anonymous can also be used as picture host. Watch out not to ‘forget’ RPR rules ;)

At that point, you'd probably be better off setting the character to draft mode so that you are the only person who can see it at all.

I have a group I set to top secret and am the only member where I keep character notes in forum threads under their names. Also have a forum thread for RP reply drafts and one for experimentation with coding and graphics.
