I've recently gotten into the Absolute DC comics, and I've started with Absolute flash vol. 1, and I have to say I'm a big big fan!
So far, I wasn't sure at first but I thought the jumping between points in time is very interesting, and I likes the design of Wally's speed being the same as the boxes where he overthinks, just empty.
But most of all, I love Wally's relationship with Absolute Grodd, because it reminds me a lot of Rocky from Project Hail Mary with the way Grodd speaks, and I very much like the brain design, as well as how he calms down Wally with what I presume to be his mental powers, which I think is a very cool aspect of the duo.
Absolute Batman vol 1 gets here tomorrow and I've ordered Absolute flash Vol 2 so I'm going to be well fed for a while with these two! If you have any other recommendations for the other Absolute lines that I should read, Let me know! (No spoilers of course!)
