"I could make you appear 30 if I wanted. It would be like an outer coat in a way, nobody but us could know" Ven said, trying to decide. "Maybe younger..I could even make you appear like a child to the human eye.."

{Ahah, blame the smooth chillness of the delicious milkshakes! }

He nodded as he listened,"Well, that's handy."He said with a small nod. Hiruko then arched an eyebrow, he said he could but saying and doing were to different things. And, honestly, he couldn't see Ven doing that to him. Unfortunately, he could see him making Hiruko look like an actual child..according to a lot of people he already looked like a child, so what would be the harm, right? "Go ahead, people already think I'm a kid, so it wouldn't be anything new.."

(Bad milkshake! bad milkshake! Curse you and your temptation! )

Ven smiled a bit, "alright kiddo" he said trying to be funny- even in a time like this. Oh Ven, only you. Ven began to use illusions to make Hiruko look like a child. Nothing like he once had, just a little in the face he looked like Hiruko.


By the time he was done, Hiruko looked like a child. Ven had gone through the liberty to change his eye and hair color. He appeared to have dark brown hair and he had light green eyes. "Done" Ven said. It was impressive what illusions could do. He appeared to even have different clothes. "How did I do?" He asked, "to far?" He asked his friend.

{Lol~} {Why do you have to be so tempting, why must the gods of the milkshakes so delicious?! Why?!}

Hiruko chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Hmm, maybe I should ask Levi for a glamor potion,then we would both look like children."His threat was innocent, he wouldn't really do that to his friend. Or would he? The world would never know.

The young dream looked up from his cane when Ven had announced he was finished. He was terribly curios to see what he looked like to other people, but he lacked a mirror. He looked around, surely there would be a reflective surface in the ware house. After a little bit of searching he did find what looked like a dusty mirror. Despite the dirt and dust Hiruko could still see what he looked like, his reflection had actually shocked him for a moment. It was so odd to to him with dark hair and pale green eyes, then again he didn't really look that much like himself. "Ah, no it works perfectly. No one will be able to tell who I am, and that's what we want."He replied with a grin.

(*Venus runs off, returning a few moments later, and speaks in a Gamzee Makara voicd* I gotta milkshake!! *he hugs it*)


"That would be deja vu" Ven chuckled. It would be a big change on height to. He was almost Hirukos height when they met as children, now he was far beyond his friends height.

Different hair, different eyes, different style in clothes. Ven did a pretty good job. He watched as Hiruko wandered off, then moments realizing ye had been looking for a mirror once he found it. "Sadly I cannot change your voice, I don't know how, or if I can" he told Hiruko. Meaning he had to either fake a voice, or not talk at all in public. He smiled at his friend, glad he liked it.

{...and now the milkshake gods are mocking me!! (I know he isn't really a milk shake god, that much I know about homestuck. Aw, my friend would be so proud~}


"Defiantly. Ah, that was good, and much simpler times. "Hiruko agreed with a small nod. He smiled as he thought about that day, it was a fun day that he hadn't forgotten. He didn't want to forget it.

Hiruko looked back at Ven with a smile. "Don't you remember. We were both pretty quiet kids, and pretty shy. I can just act like my younger self."He replied in a nonchalant manner. Now, as much as he hated it, he knew he would have to leave his cane here or some where safe. The thought of leaving his cane behind seemed unfathomable, it has so many purposes but all of that would have to be set aside for a little while. Hiruko sighed,"Help me hide this somewhere."He said to Ven.

Hiruko had a good point, they were quiet and shy, and that was easy enough to act out. Ven didn't want to waste his energy on disquising Hirukos cane. He needed Hiruko to stay disquised, besides it wasent like anyone would come in here besides them. When Hiruko wanted to hide his came Ven looked around then pointed to a opening in the floor near a wall. A small opening? It seemed big enough for his cane.

{Oh dear..*Hiruko looks at the milkshakes and shakes his head*}

The young dream eater looked where Ven had pointed, that would work. Actually, his cane fit in the opening perfectly, even so, Hiruko didn't want to let go. With a sigh, he let go a few seconds later and stepped back from the opening. "...that was actually a lot harder than it seems."He said, mainly to himself.

"Let's go now before you change our mind and try to claim your cane" Ven said taking Hirukos wrist and dragging him away from the cane. Separating the two. At least until they came back to reclaim it.

There was hardly any time to protest, Ven had already pulled him away from his cane. His only weapon. "Okay, I know I look like a kid, but do we have to treat me like a kid?"He asked his friend. There was a small smile on his lips, so he thought is was slightly amusing. That was a good thing, it meant he wasn't dwelling on what was happening.

Ven chuckled a little, and looked back at his friend, "can't have the children running about" he said. Ironic on the fact they did that all the time as kids. Ven released Hirukos wrist once they were a good ways away from the cane.

"Oh, what next. Do you expect me to play nicely with the other children?"He asked. Hiruko felt creep up from his stomach, before long he was laughing too. He had never seen a kid that wasn't running around, maybe there was a few times, but it was a rare sight.

Ven laughed, "yes, play nicely with the other children" Ven said. He couldn't afford to call Hiruko by name, especially in disquise,

Hiruko snickered,"Only if they play nicely."He replied. To be honest, Hiruko was fighting the urge not to call Ven papa or something like that, just so they could get a few more laughs. But, he was always thinking that he needed a fake name..but what?

(Well that wouldn't be strange at all!)

Ven also was thinking a long the lines for names for Hiruko. But no good ones came to mind. Then Ven chuckled, "how about I name you after a planet?" He suggested jokingly. After all look st his name, though it was pronounced different.

Hiruko looked up at him,"What so you could call me Pluto?"He inquired, and didn't mean a word of it. Who would name their kid Pluto, Venus sounded more like a name than Pluto. That was like the name for a dog.

Ven looked at Hiruko, "you may be small, bzut your not that small" Ven said, then looked away, "Mars, mercury, earth, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto.." Ven said thoughtfully in whisper. Not naming Venus on purpose.
