Yes, there is. I should make better use of that for my remaining anons.
I have flipped several formerly anon characters to public over the last weeks.

Edit: I'll just add that I found it amusing when someone decided to 'switch accounts' aka create a new one and delete the old one earlier today. It outed many of their anonomous characters when they were lined out along with their public characters and their old account name. Too funny. I guess it's a good way to end things and start anew I guess.
