In the grim darkness of the far future, there exists only war. The innumerable forces of Chaos undivided exist to corrupt the very fabric of the the galaxy itself. No alien race amounts to the threat that the demonic taint poses to Humanity. It is the great scourge of the galaxy. Of the foundation of Order itself Of the Imperium of man. Such a danger it holds, that even the most innocent man may be put to death simply holding even the slightest taint of Chaos. Chapters of Space Marines have been wiped out simply out of superstition. Including the Rainbow Warriors.
Brother Kragoth Doros, a former veteran sergeant of the rainbow warriors, now no more than an inglorious outcast upon the feudal world of Triandr. Alone, Doros laments in shame over the deaths of his battle brothers and chapter serfs. The only reason he lives now is a ever-thinning drive to redeem himself. Many months have passed since this ostracized Marine landed on Triandr, shunned even by the island natives. It remained this way until a rare, yet inevitable occasion passed. Doros came out his dank cave, the residence of the 'lost angel.' The Rainbow Warrior caught glimpse of bright UFO in the sky, approaching the ground with immeasurable speed, landing with a huge thump on the hard ground. After many months of sad silence, the depraved Space Marine was eager to begin his call to action in what seemed like an eternity. Doros took the UFO very seriously, fearing the worst, for it could be anything. Imperium, Heretics, mutant, or even foul Xenos. He set off to discover what had caused this great explosion.
