What the what?! I checked and saw that an old friend request I had sent out a while ago led me to a page that told me to turn back?

Again.... WHAT?!

Can I get this removed somehow? Is this a bug?

If so, what you saw was a rare error message that happens most often when someone tries to get access to a folder rather than a specific page in that folder. It's meant to be funny, not terrifying, although its appearance probably means you found a broken link that needs to be fixed. Can you please paste me the URL where you're seeing this guy?
