I noticed that over the course of my RPing with Kete that I've started to build up a rather significant cast of recurring characters - characters that I'll use in multiple RPs that sort of unofficially tie all of them together. (Mainly Kallenger, for anyone who's already written with me)
I've drawn up doodles of the characters I continually include and develop over the course of different stories, so they're starting to sort of flesh out and, in a way, become characters in their own right.
So I was wondering if I should make a profile - or a page on Kete's profile - for the host of side characters that may or may not pop up in a story at one point or another?
And then if I did, how should I set it up? I mean; should they just be the pictures and names, or should some biographical stuff be put up too? Would that ruin the 'surprise' of the side-character if the player already had a good idea of who they were?
I'm sure there are a billion better ways to word this question that would actually help it make sense, but whatevs.
What do you folks thing?

Ultimately, it's up to you, what you're comfortable with, whether you think it'll help you and/or your partners, so on and so on.
That said, I think it might be a good idea. I tend not to only because I usually have a veritable stable full of NPCs in my head, but I never know which will become recurring characters--and sometimes, random NPCs thrown in as a one-off for a particular point in a story end up becoming a recurring character. But that's me.
You know your play style best. Mine doesn't usually work if I start off with a lot of pre-set information, but some of my favorite partners here come up with everything about their characters, including such side-characters, before starting a story.

I know how you feel.. I have thirty notebooks on the two hundred+ characters I have and use, now mind you I might forget a name or two, but I am proud of the fact that I have so many and I love using them all, and seeing I rp mostly via pm I will use the characters name in every post to made sure I do not forget, but if I use a chara that I don't have a profile for i will explain any details I need too then let other things be learned through the rp and if I want to use someone I don't have on here/don't/can't make a profile for I will use my account name which is also my mains chara's name lol

Malefor's children, Xander and Narcissa. Aria, a lioness. Amos the Goblin King. The Dark Elves. Spektra. Lord Dartooth, a weredragon. The Legendary Beasts, Leviathan, Behemoth, and Ziz. The Dragon Gods, Bahamut, Faluzure, Garyx, and Tiamat.
The Darkness. The Keeper of Lore. And more!
Someday I might even make pages for all the characters that I don't have yet.
