David nodded, running over to the house he had suggested he got set up on. He quickly climbed up the vents and got onto the roof, he removed a tile to place the rifle in, he laid down and waited for Shinoda to come out, he wanted to kill some people but he knew it would blow Shinoda's cover, or could it help him get the money?
Tommy was glancing around the room when his father exclaimed "Come on up here Tommy!" Tommy slowly walked up onto the stage reluctantly his father exclaimed pointing to Tommy who was facing the crowd "This is my worthless Ghetto son! But I still love him even though he is Ghetto it doesn't change how I feel about my son even though his mother was in poverty!" he shuddered and the whole crowd gasped and some shed tears like Tommy had a illness. Tommy thought What is this?! I son't have a mental illness my mom just wasn't so rich what's wrong with that?! he glared at his father.
Shinoda saw the kid from earlier go up onto the stage.He cringed when he heard what his father said about him.Not only was Larry downright insulting his own son,he was using him to gain pity from the crowd.Shinoda sighed in disgust,and while everyone was focused on the father and son he opened the door and slipped inside.He found himself in a short dark hallway.He walked down it and in a small room he found a large safe.Shinoda grinned and went over to it.He knelt down in front of it and pressed his ear up against the metal door,then listening intently he began turning the dial back and forth,trying to match the combination and unlock it.
His father continued insulting him and he stood there and took it like a man. He stared at everyone in the crowd depressingly as his father hugged his him and then pushed him off unnoticeably the stage he tripped down the stairs from the push and fell onto his knees. Then his father said "Look at him he can't even walk he trips up with every step but me and Karrie we still love him regardless of what his mother gave him!" the crowd cheered as his father helped him up onto the stage he forced him to his knees and made him bow to him and the crowd echoed stuff like "Wow his own Ghetto slave!" and "Wish I had a Ghetto slave!" and lastly "He really loves his son!" Tommy felt like dying but his father let him stand. He stood staring at his dad in unnoticeable disgust. His dad patted his head and made him sit on the floor beside him but it was okay to the public since his son's mother was from the Ghetto.
Shinoda finally heard the lock click and with a satisfied chuckle he opened the safe's door.It was loaded with cash,hundred dollar bills in neat stacks with paper bands wrapped around them.Shinoda filled all his pockets and also a couple bags he had brought until the safe was empty.Then when he turned to leave he noticed a small blinking red light by the door.He looked closer and saw the words:intruder detected:alarm engaged."Aw crap."Shinoda cursed.He ran out into the hall but he was too late; 3 security guards blocked the exit."There he is!"one shouted."Get him!"Before Shinoda could react the guard shot him with his taser.Shinoda immediately fell to the ground,paralyzed by the electricity coursing through his body.When the guard was done tazing him he put handcuffs on Shinoda and started dragging him away.
David noticed the guards drag him away, "Damn it.." He climbed back down, preparing for a close encounter. Unlucky for him, the rifle he chose wasn't made for close combat situations but David didn't care. He had to help Shinoda. Once he was on the ground again he ran towards the building. He quickly walked in, raising the rifle and aiming at the guard that had Shinoda, he fired one shot then aimed at the other guard that was with said guard, firing another at him. He then fired at the third guard, hoping that Shinoda could get up and run off, which was a huge doubt since he just got tazed.
Tommy saw the whole thing as everyone else did and Tommy stood up and said "I got your back run you two... Grab your friend and run I'll keep the guards off." he sighed putting his arms up and standing in a fighting position. Guards tried to rush by him but he attacked them resulting in them not even getting partially past him. His Father the Mayor stared at Tommy and Tommy smiled as his Father scolded him he yelled fighting off the guards "You going to disown me dad? You going to give the custody over to mom? Someone who actually deserves me."
David nodded as he slung his rifle over his shoulder. He rushed over to Shinoda and pulled him out of the building. He wasn't strong enough to carry Shin so he did the closest thing that came to carrying, dragging. He grabbed the pistol out of Shinoda's pocket and began to fire on the Mayor. Multiple bullets were fired, he drained an entire magazine on firing at the Mayor (15 bullets).
One of the bullets hit the Mayor and Tommy stopped fighting and just stared at him. He wasn't breathing he went last case scenario he is dead and that would help Tommy out. Tommy rushed out with the guys and then ran to his Mother's house once they got a good distance away from the event.
David grabbed his side when they reached the house. He was breathing heavily, "Holy lord jesus, that was adrenaline that made me do that.. Pfff... Also, I'm sorry I shot at you kid, I thought you'd be a snot-nosed brat that was apart of the rich culture and stuff." David apologized to Tommy, hopefully he accepted and forgave him. He was in no shape to run or even lift the gun back up to shoot at him so if Tommy tried to attack him he'd be defenceless.
Tommy nodded at David as he ran to his Mom's house he ran in and his Mom yelled "IS YOUR DAD OKAY!?" he shrugged his shoulders and he replied with "He treats me like a slave why would I care?" she said "Either way he's your Father either way Tommy..." he sighed "I have no Father." he went into his bedroom at his Mom's house slamming the door behind him.
Shinoda started to try to stand.The first attempt he failed and fell back down to the ground."Son of a-"he cursed.He tried again and managed to stay standing.He held back a groan of pain as all the muscles in his body cramped up.He saw Tommy run off.He looked at David."Well that failed miserably."he said.
Tommy climbed out the window of his room and rushed back over to where the guys were. He said "I hope you did kill my dad..." he went silent staring a them he then looked at Shinoda and back at David saying "What are you guys names? and you were electrocuted dude on the floor give it a bit..."
"I'm fine."Shinoda said,which wasn't a complete lie."And my name is Shinoda.So are you going to be okay?"He actually felt kinda bad for the kid.Even though the mayor had been a jerk,it must've been a little difficult for the kid to watch his own father get gunned down.
He said "Yeah why wouldn't I be? Yes my Father died but we had a dreadful relationship I never even considered him my dad... Basically I have no Father it was just another Mayor that died..." he sighed.
"Failure? HAHAHA It wasn't a failure... I think.... I hope.. I got to kill/seriously injure the mayor, that was my plan to begin with." David replied to Shinoda's earlier talking with David, he giggled as he thought of the mayor coughing up blood and slowly dying infront of his friends.
Shinoda looked at David and then at Tommy."And this is my friend David."he said."Be careful around him though,cause he's kinda twisted...I think he was dropped on his head several times as a small child..."
"Several? You disappoint me Shinoda, you know it's over 30 times!" He crossed his arms then began laughing as he thought of the mayor being torn apart by two wolves then them eating him. "Hehehe... It's so fun in my head sometimes."
Shinoda sighed and rolled his eyes."Like I said.He's twisted."he said to Tommy."But eh,he's good entertainment so I keep him around."The truth was Shinoda was actually quite fond of David's friendship,but he didn't let David know that.He didn't want the guy's ego to inflate or something.
"Also, I need to add to my baby-skull collection.. I need some more toddlers an' babies to have on my wall." He joked, laughing at his idea. Maybe he should actually start one of them. It sounded like a cool idea to him.
