So I've started up an RP forum for Dragonriders of Pern. Its non cannon and in an AU. here's a summary of things!


Forums

Our Story:

• 9th Pass where AVIAS failed to change the Red Star's path.
• A string of disasters caused serious land changes to Pern.
• Many dragon and human lives were lost. (All story characters have been purged so they can not be used)
• Holders blame the dragonriders once more for the unfortunate fate of the Planet.
• Benden, Ista, Igen, Southern and Telgar Weyrs are gone due to disasters, illness or debris.
• A new Weyr was formed, Darungia.
• The Senior Gold has just Risen and the first Weyrleader of Darungia Weyr has been chosen!!! A clutch will soon be on the Sands!

What we have to offer:

• New un-resricted player opportunities such as: Owning your own Hold(s) or Weyr with our in-forum Store, purchasing dragon creation stones (create a dragon & rider of your choosing), High Ranking positions of NPCs (you can create a character that takes the place of a High Ranked position). All of this is done through reward based system in our Forum's Store.
• Looking for players with time and knowledge of Pern to help with the Forums. (Forum moderator positions open)
• New and exciting Stories.
• Ever Evolving plots that are Forum Wide events. These events are player and staff run events.
• Running / creating / helping / participating in events will earn you Points to spend in the Store.
• Impressions are not Gender and Sexuality based!
• Many more things that you can come up with, will likely be accepted. All you need to do is ask!
