Arisa Yigame is the daughter of a cruel and 'heartless' king who had taken part of manslaughter for the fun of it. His wife left him, leaving two-month-old Arisa to him. Years later, the king tries to coax his daughter into forgiving him for all he'd done with presents, the most recent gift being a male neko servant, to be given to her this very day.
No magic at all.
