Giving a yawn and stretching a bit, the blue furred canine curled up under a tree. Resting his head on his paws, Repede flickered his ears a bit. It seemed like a very nice day. The sounds of the water rushing from a near by brook seemed relaxing, as well for some birds and other small creatures.
It wasn't like if anyone else was near or there. Not that he minded. He didn't mind company. He did like children and some people. Well, some children. Ones that didn't tug at his tail or pull his ears. Or try to mount on his back for a ride. He closed his eyes, pawing at his cold,wet nose as he didn't want to think about it.

A man stumbled through the quiet forest, a string of curses filling the air. He clutched a mug of ale in one hand and a knife clutched in his other. It was barely noon and this man was already drunk. He stumbled closer to where Repede was laying, the curses still coming every time he stumbled over a root or branch.
"Iwonder where shewent." He slurred, giggling to himself. He had been chasing a rather beautiful woman through the woods at first, but she had gotten away. It didn't stop his drunken mind from searching for her though.
