Jessica, A test subject used before the war in 2232. Anarchy rained down upon the world, The 'new' America fell into a Dystopian era. Jessica however escaped. And now the American Military is after her. She gathered people that were against the government and started a small group of rebels. The New Rebellion. Will you help her on her journey of opposing the Government? Join her in the battle to free the other test subjects. You meet a few rebels in the capitol of Utah, Salt Lake City. They invite you to stay at The New Rebellion's base. Located at the university of Utah. They take you to Jessica and she questions you of your past. Jessica is a very forward woman, and wont hesitate to put a bullet in you if you hesitate to answer you.
