Hey guys :] For my *First* RP on here, I'd like to have an interesting Superhuman setting, where the city of Superopolis is a forefront for both the scum of the Earth and the pool boys who skim it to the SuperPrison. Do the good guys do it to make the world a better place? Or are they only after the fame and fortune that comes with being a "Hero".
Are the Villains really that bad? Or is Mr. DoomandGloom really only raiding those labs to find the cure for his Wives' cancer.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
