Hi, it's me again! The title explains the problem I'm having while editing my characters. I would like to be able to move the bullets around in the text widget for my characters stats. This is an impossible feat on mobile, sadly. 
You're right! I only just got around to making widgets themselves moveable on mobile. Individual items inside of widgets is still a work in progress.
