I assume no one needs help or someone to talk to? Or is it just because there's already a group for this?
Folks don't always need to talk, and when they do, they don't always feel up to looking, or addressing a specific person (even when that person has offered). There's lots of reasons for silence. (I think there are help groups, though.)
