What if you invited someone to join your group because it's SUPER TOP SECRET OMG, but they don't join? Or the invitation has been open for 3 months because the user stopped frequenting the site? Or maybe you invited someone so they can peek at your awesome group because it's private.
The invitation will be stuck for all eternity! Fill up the pipes, clog the exits, cause masses of destr- Okay maybe not that bad. But it's bugging the hell out of me.
An option to remove an invitation would be nice.

This is one of many many missing but planned features that just hasn't been built yet. Rest assured it will be part of the full version of groups.
