He walked into the town square, suddenly tripping. He landed face first into a shroud of gas. He pulled himself up, coughing. Then he walked to the front of the hotel, and opened the door. Before he could get behind the desk and start his shift, a militia commander climbed on top of the roof of a bar near the town square, brandishing a megaphone. The commander talked into it, "Attention citizens, please evacuate the area!" people started running. He glanced around for a minute, then started running. By this point the gas was a few inches high, drifting along the ground.
He heard the alarm, and started running to the hotel. He got there, and ran to the top floor. The gas kept rising. The gas rose up to his neck, and he lowly fell to the floor, unconcious.
