"Hmm, what?", Nikita yawned and sat up, forgetting about being tied to the tree. She gave him a soft smile.
"What's your name?" he asked and stopped poking her. He was holding a bit of rabbit meat now.
"Nikita.", she replied, flipping her bangs from her face.
(Who do you think would make a better couple, Nomti and Nikita or Andrew and and Nikita?
)
(Who do you think would make a better couple, Nomti and Nikita or Andrew and and Nikita?

(That's hard to say... Nomti technically already has a girlfriend, my Coyote character, Danniel... I guess to judge something like that they would have to be put in similar situations. I think Nomti and Nikita would be cute together, but Andrew and Nikita would be more practical since they're both wolves)
Andrew only nodded. He gently pulled the blanket from her and folded it neatly, then untied her from the tree and then undid her wrists and set some of the rabbit meat in her lap.
"How many winters have you seen?"
(I'm case you didn't get that, he's asking her age)

"I've seen about 16.", she replies, sighing. She starts thinking about the day her parents died and tears well up in her eyes. She quickly wipes them away, hoping Andrew didn't see.
(Yeah, I have to agree with that.

"Why do you cry? You seem like a strong girl, you didn't cry when I captured you, so why do you cry over nothing now?" Andrew was looking sonewhat confused now.
"Aww damn.", she said to herself, "It's nothing.", she said, looking at him.
"It's never nothing," Andrew retorted but left it alone. He though for a moment, then spoke again, "If I untie your ankles, do you promise not to run? I'd enjoy your company," he said honestly.
Nikita tried to put up her hands, "I promise I won't run.", she says.
"Thank you," he smiled softly and untied her wrists and ankles, then untied her from the tree, "How's your leg?" he asked. There was a bandage over it now, cinched tight. He had put it on the previous night as she slept.
She hadn't noticed the bandage before, "Yes it is. Thanks.", she said rubbing her wrists, then ankles.
He nodded handed her some rabbit meat. in the distance, the howl of a feral wolf could be heard, followed by a chorus of more howls from the pack. Andrew leaped to his feet and grabbed a wooden spear, tipped with a sharp, obsidian head, his ears teitching wildly. He pulled Nikita closer to the fire, which would help to keep the wolves away and handed her his knife.
Nikita began to eat the meat. She jumped when Andrew pulled her closer to the fire and handed her his knife. She held it tightly, the hilt against her chest. Her ears also began to twitch at the howl of the wolves.
"Just don't let them get behind you," he warned as the first wolf, amassive, grey beast appeared in the trees, it's eyes like fire.
Nikita turned toward it. She let out a growl and narrowed her eyes at the wolf.
Eight more wolves, each only slightly smaller than the first appeared, growling and howling hungrily, all of them clearly skinny. Andrew pressed his back against Nikita's, "I guess it's a good thing I caught you, isn't it?" he smirked.
Nikita rolled her eyes, "Yes, I'm very thankful" she had a bit of sarcasim in her tone. She wodered if Andrew had a plan.
"Just wait for them to get close. Don't move towards them. If they're not desperate enough, they'll leave when they don't see an opening."
Nikita nods. She hadn't really noticed it before, but Andrew was very warm. She turned her head to see an average sized black wolf slowly advancing toward her.
The rest of the wolves were still circling and the black one was either braver or hungrier than the rest, and hungry wolf is a dangerous wolf. It growled fiercely and leaped, but not at either of them, but between them, forcing the two apart.
Andrew managed to catch its leg with the butt of his spear and the wolf whined in pain before retreating to the trees. The other wolves were no moving closer, blocking off Andrew from Nikita.
