Hmm... I have Vermillion here that could be a good match to care for a Neko. I would like to talk about building the story between them more in person in PM's when you have the time. (Or should I come to you instead? But I'm a bit busy to start it for now.)

Does a caretaker/sibling count if he's not a neko? Because I'm really willing to join this RP.
