He sighed.”I’d give you some days that you need off... but it is up too Riba.” He said looking at her

"If you need, you can even take off a week"

"No, i just need a few days... Thank you"

He sighed.”I don’t think you pay me enough for this.” He said.

Carden sighed.”Well no one makes friends their first day of school right?” He said to himself.

Ember makes her way to the mess hall late morning, surprised she had slept so long.

Ren yawned. She turned and smiled at her friend that just walked into the room.”Morning sleepy head.” She said .

Ember smiles a bit and walks over. “I surprised myself actually.” She says, chuckling.

Ren yawned again.”Don’t drink the coffee it’s no use.” She said pushing her cup away. She saw the new kid sitting at a table.”Hmmm.... new kid.” She said pointing him out.

Ember turns her head to where Ren was pointing, spotting the guy she mentioned. “Do you know him?” She asks.

Ren shook her head.”If I did I would say his name instead of new kid.” She said.

“On his way to the mess hall he pays for a coffee and sits at a table near a far corner wall. after sitting down with his coffee he takes a sip of it”

“Right.” She mutters, turning back around so he didn’t notice they were staring.

Ren shrugged and sighed.”Why don’t we get more friends hmm?” She asked her.

Ember shrugged. “I-I guess.” She said, growing nervous at the thought of talking to someone new.

Ren sighed.”Do you want to be shy and run from a crowd for ever or do you want to be able to talk to someone you don’t know?” She asked.

Ember frowned, having it said out loud made her think. “It’s just weird for me.” She says.

Ren frowned back.”Fine then let’s let it be just me and you trying to survive.”

“N-no, if you want to go talk to him I don’t mind. I’m fine if your there.” She says, smiling a bit.

Carden saw a guy walking by.’Hmm..’ he thought walking to the guy.”Excuse me are you Asteroth?” He asked.
