ALERT! PROJECT CORE NEEDS YOU!!!
Project CORE, created by Richard Stanley Vahorn, has helped this nation reform itself after various beasts tore it apart years ago. They've been fighting to keep humans everywhere safe. The Cybernetic teams have been recognized far and wide as heroes for their work, even though it's tough enough being someone with a computer inside your system. However, the forces against the dark creatures are dwindling, and Project CORE is losing members because of an unknown person behind the strings. That's why they need recruits like YOU to join!
What you can do to sign up!
For this RP, 5 lucky recruits will get the chance to experience what it means to be a true CORE member, creating their own team and working to fight the dark beasts that threaten all of humanity in this Sci-fi roleplay. In order to participate, your character must be:
- Humanoid (Humans, Elves, Half-Elves, or Halflings Only Please!)
- Physically capable of fighting (Standard CORE requirement)
- Must have at least one ability outside of the CORE Advancements given one you recruit
- Try to have a modern or sci-fi character please
So I signed up, now what?
Congrats! You're on your way to becoming a recruit. Now it'll take me a few days to process who makes it and who doesn't, but don't lose hope if you don't make it! I'll probably be creating a different RP for this series based on popularity.

About the EK, I think that it would primarily be used as a defensive/offensive weapon, likely useful against any enemies with computers inside them. I'm assuming that the citizens with said computers would be relying on them for life support?
He would be able to shoot electricity out of his hands, albeit not a lot, depending on your preferences, and be able to transfer electrical energy between conductive objects.

I'd prefer if he was a major conductor, meaning he can't be harmed by fire, electricity, or energy. This does not mean that he can't be harmed though. If he does not transfer the heat, electricity or energy out of him immediately, then he can be harmed from the inside. Means of transfer require contact physically with something else.
Anyways, I like your character and I think he'd be okay for the RP. Welcome to the Team, Soldier!

Actually an idea I just had for that style of ability is that he could build up an electric charge over time by absorbing electricity. And at any time he could discharge it in small or large amounts similar to either a battery or a capacitor

Solar, that's an interesting idea. I'll probably use that for, like, a quick-charge ability, if he needs to do something big and fast. Otherwise, he just builds it up gradually, I think.

I'm just here making sure of two things with everyone who has replied to this (including the original author of the post.)
1 - Are we all still committing to this?
2 - We only need one or two more people, correct? If so then I'd announce to the outside world that there are still open spots (if the first few statement are true that is).
