Dawn shook her head, "Impossible. A Demon's power is that of corruption and chaos, it is a fundamental part of their nature instilled upon them when they Fell, especially a being like Asmodeus. His ill his strong, whilst he wasn't an Archangel he was still counted amongst the higher Choirs. It would be impossible to bend him to your will, and even if you could his powers would always pervert your intentions."
"Not necessarily." Jerian said, "We thought it was impossible for Asmodeus to be bound to a human... and yet he is. If h can be bound to a mortal like that, what is there to say he cannot be coerced to that human's will?" Jerian shrugged, "Still, Dawn does have a point. Asmodeus would constantly strive to twist your actions towards evil and harm... I suppose you could always try and redeem him... but the redemption of a Demon Lord, one of the Seven? Almost as difficult to contemplate as one of the Seven Archangels being corrupted."
"It has happened before, Jerian. If an Angel can Fall, so too can a Demon be redeemed. Neither thing is easy... but it is possible." Dawn said, she then looked over at Jayne, "We will let you go. We'll explain to our superiors... perhaps, in time, I can convince them to aid you... at least we can put out the word that no agent of The Society should harrass you. No one wishes that... thing to be freed."
