"Nothing, nothing," I say quickly, embarrased, then I disappear into the bleachers to find a seat elsewhere. But just as I find one, I see someone else enter the gym. He starts coughing blood. I rush down to help him. "We need a nurse!" I shout, hoping someone hears me. I try to help him out of the gym to the nurse's office.

Yasoi looked over at leanne and she instantly dropped the ball of eldritch energy "I can help!" She said running over and helping him keep steady

I put Leanne's hand over my back. "You help on the other side," I tell her.

"Okay!" She said putting his arm over her back and walked with them to the nurse

Leanne shoved the redhead aside and stumbled away. A massive headache was slowly spreading through his temples.

"I don't - " He nearly crashed into a wall. " - need a nurse. Dammit. I need to get out of here."

One hand braced against the wall, the other wrapped around his throat, he coughed his way down the hall.

Poppies. Where were the poppies?

I turn to him. I don't understand the people here. I shake my head slowly, confused.

"I think I might know what's going on" she said "Letta" "stop" She said quietly "Slytha" "sleep" she added

"What?" I ask her.

Leanne was about to reach the courtyard when his throat tightened once more. He stiffened when he heard the voice inside his head.

So. Not as indestructible after all.
What do you want? Leanne snapped back mentally.
You're running out of time, Hunter.
There's too many of them.
I told you to take them one by one but you wouldn't listen.
Now you're outnumbered. Outnumbered and on your own.
Leanne's eyes widened and he snarled in his head, You son of a -
Good luck, Hunter. May you die peace.

The laughing in his head made the headache worse. Leanne screamed a hoarse, blood-curdling shriek and fell, grabbing his neck in pain. So much pain.

I watch Leanne from the entrance to the courtyard, out of sight. I hum, nervous. My voice carries over to him.

Yasoi was busy tracing the voice in his head to its source "I found it out!" She said whispering to galia

"Found what out?" I ask her.

"Why he is acting like this" she said getting up her eyes glossy

"Why?" I ask.

"Because it might stop what is happening" she said walking in a certain direction

"What is happening?" I ask again, more confused than before.

"He is acting like this because someone is controling how his body works" she said turning into a alley way

I look back, just able to see Leanne. Someone was controlling him?

He watch him leave but those things he said can be helpful. But still his decision never change that he still decline the offer no matter what.

It was time for Gym which is one of the least favourite subject, He enters in the court and it was a game of volleyball. He joined the blue team as the match start against the red team.

I realize I need to get back. I turned around and headed back towards the gym.
