“Thank you..?” La-Lief awkwardly returned the smile, noticing how her skin had pinkened by the slightest. “[i}Pfft[/i]- Are you sure you're alright, Cherry..?” He removed his hands to lift his palm to the red-headed woman’s forehead, just in case. Of course, Lief had a few guesses of why she had wiggled and not yet removed her fingers off of his, but, just for the fun of it, he decided to play dumb. What could it possibly hurt? Lowering his own hand, he slid it into his pocket while flashing another anxious grin. If anything, acting dumb wouldn’t hurt him in the end, would it? “Are you feeling well..? I’m assuming you’re fine, but, afterall, it is just an assumption.”
