Chance went into Sarah's room and grabbed all of their family photos, tore them up and totally destroyed them, along with breaking a bunch of their parents stuf and Sarah's dead-boyfriend's bracelet. So she's super mad now

And Chance did it cause he believes she needs to stop mourning because it had been over a year since they died.
