The twins looked less than happy to be called that, but they were in no position to complain.

"Subject 831?" They asked in unison, but they both knew fully well that that was the subject to be subdued.

Almost immediately, they start heading towards the subject's room, opening the door to it and stepping inside. The door closes behind them, and for a moment, they're eerily silent. Watching, inspecting their prey.

Yachi, the little girl, takes a step forward. This was the easier job for her, and with her small wand, she begins to make a circle motion with it, her gaze remaining on Liliath. Slowly, but surely, the room begins to contort itself; but Yachi and Liliath are safe. A dome is set over the two of them, and Yachi holds out her hand.

"Come quietly, so that we don't have to use force." She says. It was always best to give them the option first.
Liliath had been sitting down on her bed again and started crying now. She was getting frustrated, she felt angry, upset and many more emotions. Where was everybody? Where did everybody go, was everybody death besides that screaming Victi? No that would be terrible, that meant she and her were the only living creatures in the world. No it couldn't be! Before Liliath could make a frustrated growl, 2 people stepped inside. She had never seen them before, they made her feel uncomfortable. She wasn't going to listen to them, no they should have visit her earlier. Liliath shook her head to the girl.
Selene (played anonymously)

Selene proceeded to fall onto her side, arms and legs laying flat on the ground. The cold metal floor stinging her head only accentuated her current panic and hopelessness. She stayed in that position for minutes on-end, simply repeating to herself the utter dread she ought to be experiencing. She lay there, occasionally whimpering, her tail lashing and limbs thrashing every other minute.

Five minutes... ten minutes... fifteen minutes... her body fell still... and she was left in silence. Silence. That was all she heard, and all that she could focus on. Silence. That, she decided, is the sound of true hopelessness.

And pain. Silence is the sound of pain.

Twenty minutes... twenty-five minutes... thirty minutes...

Silence... and... cold. It's really cold, down here...

Eventually, as had happened many times before in her life, she became bored. Her anguish at the circumstance could only last so long, and she... sort of just... got sick of being miserable. She couldn't just be miserable for hours or days and wait for the scientists to stop by and dissect her. Despite her anguish... she couldn't just sit and wait for the routine of torture. She... she couldn't just wait here! That would be... stupid and pointless.

The concept of doing so became more and more absurd as time went by. Selene came to the conclusion that she would simply have to find some way out of this. She'd at least have to try, dammit! She... she had things to do! Things she wanted to see!

With somewhat-renewed composure, Selene stood on her feet and sat down.

Selene lay on her front on the unrelenting metal floor with her arms stretched out past her head, like a dog would. Her tail idly coiled and uncoiled in the air above her back. She rotated her head on its' axis, scanning the cell for weakness and structural imperfections. It may have been hopeless and a waste of time but it provided something to do when the scientists were not around.

The walls of her cell were three inches thick and made of steel. At full strength her claws only made faint scratches in the metal. As another experiment she spat acid at the vents and walls. The dull yellow-green substance did little to corrode the interior of the room, only managing to get a cm in before fully dissolving. She would run out of acid before she made a hole big enough to escape. The ventilation shaft in her holding pen was sealed shut and painted with an acid-resistant coating.

Would these attempts go unnoticed? No. Would they draw the attention of the guards? Yes, if they weren't already occupied.
Fluro sat silently on the floor of the cell, staring over at the opposite wall. She shuffled her feet about uncomfortably; the solid ground was cold and was sending shivers through her, but maybe that was just the feel of the place itself. She had been here for weeks, months? A year for all she knew. It could have been days even, she couldn't remember.

She directed her attention down to the floor, and then she saw her hands. They were covered in dust, and the hand-cuff like objects tied around her wrists were digging into her skin. They were taking precautions around her, preventing anything that could let her escape, not like she could even make an attempt at that anyway. Fluro looked back over at the wall again.

Eventually, boredom took her over once again, like it had many times before. The best she could do was to try and focus on the walls of the cell, searching for patterns and creating images in her mind. Those images however, were empty and dim. The same thoughts kept returning.

I'm subject 735... But I'm not. I don't want to be here. I don't want to be called that. Why am I even here? How did I even get here? What are they...

She wanted to ignore those thoughts, but also she didn't.
She started humming to herself, to relieve herself from the pain of this place and the things she thought about it. It relaxed her, so she continued, in rhythm to her heart beats.
What was this day?

Another troublesome one, huh? an acid spitter.... why were they in a metal-walled cell? Acids dissolve metals beautifully! They should be in inert ceramic! anyone who-- For a top-secret research and internment facility run by a totalitarian regime with no tolerance for incompetence, there was a lot of incompetence being tolerated here. She made a note to put her foot into the face of whoever ordered that.

Eh, low yield spitter. She'd put a request for transfer in, but other than that she didn't really want it to be her problem.
Selene (played anonymously)

Whilst her acid was usually brilliant at dissolving most man-made materials, the scientists had taken precautions... like an acid-resistant coating. This prison was designed to hold her specifically. Also, her "supply" of venom was finite. The most she could do was two or three hours in a favourable situation. Against hundreds of opponents her supply ran out a lot quicker.

Selene threw back her head in a yawn, revealing long rows of razor-sharp teeth. She ended the theatrics by snapping her maw shut. Although terrifying the humans was amusing it was counter-productive to her plan.

Escape by herself was very difficult and the guards were on high alert around her, since she was new. She could have spent her time attacking the guards and scientists — like some of the other specimens. That would only bring pain. Quietly learning and observing was the way to go. Get the enemy to let their guard down around her, and wait for the right moment. It would take time and patience, the latter of which she had in abundance.

A lone talon scratched lines into the cold metal floor to form two boards: chess and Fox and Geese. All she lacked were pieces. By carving out games in the metal, Selene was indicating that she had given up on escaping since it seemed pointless — with the intention to remain in her cell and not cause trouble.

"No?" The girl repeats, tilting her head to the side. Her tone is eerily mechanic; as if she'd been reprogrammed.

Stepping closer, Yachi lifts her other hand this time, the one without the wand. She holds this hand to the girl's temple, fingertips brushing against the skin before a faint crackle in the air broke the silence. Blue crackles of lightning flickered between her fingertips, sending a bolt of sharp electricity into Liliath's head in an attempt to subdue the subject, or to knock her out, if she was more fragile.

The boy, Yachi's twin, stood outside of the dome, one hand inside of his satchel, gripping a glass bottle in case of emergency. His eyes are glued to the scene, like an unwanted spectator.

"No." She said calm, cause she didn't expected trouble. Then the girl stepped closer, yes Liliath was scared but she wouldn't hurt her right? Liliath decided to look away, suddenly she felt a horrible pain! Liliath started screaming, Liliath knew what pain was but this pain was new. It was like her brains were on fire! Liliath wanted to walk away, perhaps the pain would go over then? But it did not and she passed out.
The Twins (played by Eight-Ball)

Once the girl passed out, Yachi flicked the tip of her wand upwards, and the glass dome that had surrounded the two girls retreated until the room looked normal again. The girl holds out her hand, and the boy steps forward, looking around inside his bag until he takes out a pair of handcuffs.

Yachi puts the handcuffs on the girl, activating it by sending a little electricity into them. She then throws the unconscious girl over her shoulder, carrying her out of the room. Dai follows shortly behind, a small remote in his hand. The remote would send a shock to the handcuffs, if he so wished.

The twins look around for the scientist from earlier, walking down the hallway. "Subject 831 has been incapitated."
Another notification? What n-- Oh! Okay, they KOed the screamer, and.... were moving her. Wut?

She jogged back in their direction asking herself if she would ever get to finish up those reports.... she had interesting data, darn it!

"Thank you for quieting her down," she says as she comes into view of them, "but.... had I not just asked for her to be gagged for the evening? Where are you taking her?"

Liliath woke up with a terrible headache. Her hands were burning, where was she? She tried to look around, but then realized quickly that someone was holding her. She started crying, could this day get any worse? She couldn't hit this person, cause her hands were handcuffed. But she had powers, she used her powers so Yachi would loose her grip. Liliath runned away, but she soon felt overwhelmed with everything around her. To much light.
"Aannd that is why I gave those specific instructions," Victi mutters before saying into the air, or more accurately to the facility's control system, "Floor to lockdown, breach procedures for subject 831. Deploy recapture bots," in an exasperated tone. She had gin in her office. Another reason to go there. Though, of course, by engaging the lockdown she'd just shut herself out of it. Better than letting them escape and getting shot for it, though.

Liliath simply glanced at Vicit and sat down, she coverd her face with her small hands. She started humming and then started counting and screaming again. Liliath was stressed, as Liliath screamed the lights turned on and off this repeated 10 time suntil she stopped screaming.
Ember Kamura (played by Ember_Wolf)

While all this was going on, Ember was relatively unaware of it. He eventually gave up on punching the glass and sat down on his tail. The wolf wimpered, he seemed to be worried that he would potentially starve. It was quite a strange fear here, but Kamura had little idea of what awaited him beyond the glass.
Unit-3081 ''Hephaestus'' (played by Ember_Wolf)

Most of the time, the morning was uneventful... Simply check up on the Containment Cells and make sure there wasn't any breaches. However, it seems that something had been overlooked, as they were now dealing with a Breach.

Hephaestus was one of the many Research and Security Robots within the Facility, overseeing tests and General Security Roles.

Hephaestus was one of the first Units deployed, having been activated during the Breach, on what he assumed was his 'Break'

Immediately, he began sweeping the areas near the entrances, knowing that most escaping Subjects would likely head there.

In his Combat Mode, Hephaestus resembled a large, robotic wolf. This was to intimidate any subjects that came across him, he was armed with a Pulse Canon that could be set to Stun or Kill.

Due to the potential importance of the escaping subject, Hephaestus chooses the former.
Selene (played anonymously)

Selene was unaware of the events playing outside the confines of her holding pen, chitin shiny in the fluorescent light. She had managed to obtain some rough, obviously homemade counters after patiently using acid to create miniscule, less-than-wafer-thin circles in the floor and (literally!) clawing out the circular splinters of metal. As a consequence she was engrossed in a solo match of Fox and Geese. Playing against yourself was tricky but intellectually stimulating in the absence of intelligent conversation.

Anything was better than being bored.

Her senses sharply registered a change in her environment. The humming and whirrs of machinery seemed to... increase in frequency, if that was possible, like how a human would be alerted when confronted with danger.

Huh, something new. Pity I can't see what's happening.

If it were not for the metal Selene would have an unobstructed view of... whatever was happening. At least she could hear the victims. One variated between humming, counting and screaming. Selene rolled her eyes. That was pointless and would just bring the pursuers closer. When the lights began to flicker on and off like a cheap horror film, the hybrid hissed in reflex at the rapid shifting of the brightness whilst her hypersensitive eyes struggled to cope with the influx.

Liliath stood back up and started to get aware of diffrent sounds. She wasn't sure what these sounds were, it felt overwhelming again. She decide to continue walking away from the sound, she counted her feetsteps while walking. "36, 37, 38 ,39 and 40." Liliath opend a door and notice some kind of animal (hephaestus) She closed the door and runned away from it, she walked back to where she came from.
Unit-3081 ''Hephaestus'' (played by Ember_Wolf)

[Target Located]
[Recapturing]
Having already seen her, Hephaestus quickly pursued the Subject, he would fire Stun-Shots from his Pulse Canon, trying to take her alive. The doors would open in front of Hephaestus, who ran extremely fast with Unbelievable levels of speed, he ran at several Miles-Per-Hour. He made sure to broadcast her location.

Assuming Hephaestus got close enough, he would attempt to tackle her.

Liliath not really sure what to do, started screaming in fear. She was scared to death and runned back to Victi. Liliath decided to hide behind Victi. It was safer then getting caught by a massive wolf. Liliath wanted to go back to her room, that was much safer then being around these people. "Room."She commanded to Victi.
Unit-3081 ''Hephaestus'' (played by Ember_Wolf)

[Objective Complete?
[Verifying Completion]

Hephaestus couldn't help but find this Amusing, although he would rather not Express this emotion. Did he even have Emotion? Hm, perhaps so... Hephaestus did have a Mind of his own to an extent, as he was coded for Multiple Tasks.

He decided not do to anything, and simply watched as this happened. He scanned the two, finding out who Victi was. "Greetings, I am Unit-3081." Hephaestus said, watching Lilliath. "I'll get 831 back to their cell, if you think I need to handle this."

Hephaestus made sure they could see the Symbol on his Armor Plates, showing that he was the Facility A.I, who was tasked with such things.
"Oh, good, someone else who can help me deal with this whole situation," she says with a sigh of relief, "831, you will return to your chamber. I will escort you there, and then you will remain gagged for the rest of the evening. Is that clear? You've caused an excessive disturbance. You will have testing performed tomorrow. 3081, she seems willing to comply with me. Could you do a sweep of the floor, though? We have a Physically Supertypical adult with amnesia and a habit of punching walls and an acid spitter who.... seems to be managing to have made a game, indicating that the cell material is inadequate and a transfer may be needed. I appreciate your service." She bowed slightly, her tails fanning behind her.

She tended to be polite to bots and AIs, they made more sense to her than biological people did, for sure. They had nice logical responses to things which made them much less unpredictable, but still let them be interesting.
