I feel like gloating and being proud so ya, but I'd also love to see your own art progress from the last year, whether exact year, slightly over or slightly under. Whether it's big changes or little changes, it's all progress!

I'm glad I made this because I hadn't quite realized the progress I made until I made it since it came in such little steps.
not the same piece or person but pretty much one of the first faces I ever drew

I always love seeing other people's redraws!
Doing my own is always super fun because, like you said, sometimes the steps are so small you don't even notice it!

*Random Artist Tip: Redraws are wonderful, imo, for getting yourself out of an art block.


Most of my re-draws are at least 2-ish years apart, so instead:
Here's a fullbody character comparison! Anatomy, shading, etc. etc. can be compared, even if the specific characters themselves can't be c:
I sort of forgot I also brought lighting into my shading style between these two pieces, as well as softer shading! Around and before the first piece, all of my shading was cel shading (IE: harsh edges)!
