I know I should probably be figuring this out myself, and perhaps I shouldn't ask this here; But, what is this for? lol
It gives Doubutt racing stripes if it bumps into it! Racing stripes make anything that have 'em go faster; 'tis the rules. 
Can the paintbrush be put into the cannon?

NO! The speed paint brush cannot be put in the cannon. I just tried LOL. It just bounces off.
