Hello! I’ve been meaning to make a character like this for a while, but wasn’t sure about how it could work out or even if people would be interested. So here we are!
For a partner I have no preference for race, gender, or alignment. So anyone is free o RP with him, he has no qualms about evil individuals either. Being born and raised in a conquering empire does that to a fellow.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.
