Despite the warnings, (Y/C) goes to their huge next-door neighbor's house to meet them. They end up going inside, unaware the giant is out.

Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.
