That kind of defeats the purpose of a forum RP. If you want that why not try chat rooms or IMs?
If you'd like to get some of your friends together to play at the same time, you're more than welcome to. In fact, I encourage it, if that's the style of RP you enjoy.
I think you'll have trouble organizing the entire site to all play at the same time though, given that there's people here from all over the entire world and most of us have very different RP preferences.
