Matt started walking towards the gas station. "We keep using the truck until it breaks down." He said, a pistol in his left hand, the gas canister in the other.
(That's fine, everyone disappeared over thanksgiving.)

He paused uncertainly a moment before trudging after the man. "Is it worth it? We can always pick up a new car later on. Besides, a car can't navigate through the woods- we can on foot."
Nick was never the kind to just blindly tag along. He was going to make his opinion known, whether Matt liked it or not. He might as well just get used to it now while he had the chance.
He nonchalantly lopped the head off a walker that was coming after them, keeping his eyes peeled for any others that may come along. "Just sayin'."

"Look at the sky. It's dark, we can barely see. What does the truck have? Lights. We keep the truck until a better option is available." Matt replied. As they reached the gas station, Matt walked over to the pump, trying to get it working.
He shrugged, conceding the point to Matt. Fair enough, he figured; still, they always could just build a fire or something.
But he wasn't about to argue for once.
"I'll be back. Yell if you need me," he told Matt before heading to the little gas station store. He tried the door- locked. After a minute of looking around, he prowled to the back window, which was slightly ajar. The katana was sheathed and he proceeded to carefully wedge it open, hissing quietly to himself until something in the window snapped and it opened easily. He climbed in, looked around a moment to make sure he wasn't being snuck up on, and went to unlock the door.
Piece of cake.

Matt got the gas pump working, and walked over to the store as it filled up. "Anything good inside?"
"That's what I'm lookin' for, gimme a minute," he replied, poking around the shelves for something of value. Most of the food was already gone, although he ended up finding a few leftover deli sandwiches in a rapidly dying refrigerator.
"Here. These look decent," he called, putting them in the back of the car. He was actually surprised he hadn't been attacked in there; surely there had to be one walker hanging around somewhere. They seemed to be everywhere nowadays.
He was starting to make himself paranoid so he sighed and looked to see if the car was done yet. The sooner they could keep moving, the better.

Matt grabbed a few spare nutrition and candy bars. He walked over to the gas valve, turning it off and picking up the canister. As they were halfway back to the car, all the lights in the building turned off, and so did the few spare lights over the road.
(Oops, I forgot they didn't have the car xD sorry)
Nick tensed instinctively when the lights turned off, narrowing his eyes against the darkness. His katana was unsheathed again, the blade singing lightly as it was freed from its sheath and was held at its owner's side.
The New Yorker wasn't taking any chances. If anything came at them in the dark, it was going to have a grumpy twenty-five year old to deal with.

(oh i didnt read the comic so if i do somthing wrong i have no problem fixing it and can you guys throw me in ;P or give me an opening thanks!)
(There really are no big differences, just that characters like Rick don't exist, but guys like Lee Everett do.)
Matt stopped, seeing something behind the truck, by a small station. He pointed at it, looking over to Nick. "There is someone over there. It's not moving like the walkers."
('It' can be Misty.)

{ok cool} sitting bettween trucks trying to hide from what ever was coming holding her chain laced with barb wire to make a make shift whip ohhh yeah (can i have saved a baby panda (sorry im a gril pandas are cute and and come in hand when hes older)promise last question for a while) as the sound came closer she relized it didnt seem like a walker...... ok ok breath 1...2...3! she jumped out ready to strike !! "you cant have my stuff" worried that they had come for her canned food
(I don't think that would be very realistic. Not the panda part, but pandas can only eat bamboo, which doesn't grow naturally in North America.)
Matt pointed his gun. "Put your weapon down!" He shouted. "We aren't here to take your stuff."

ohhh boy ok gun...... "ok! ok...." lowering her weapon but keeping mind of his and her 5 daggers "then what do you want??" oh god seeing another man walk up theres 2!! "i wont hurt you if you dont hurt me got it?" some times it takes a sec for her to get a back bone (and true darn! i like having pets lol
pets and whips are my characters things lol)

Nick shifted into a fighting stance, katana brought up and across in a defensive position, his dark green eyes narrowed suspiciously as he glared at the girl.
"Drop it," he snarled menacingly, not moving at all. "Don't try anythin' funny, sweetheart, I'm as fast as that whip you got in your hand."

holding her place passive but alert ".....?? and i would do that why??" when i could do this fliking her wrist the 6ft whip making a good gash acrossed his face and back flipping outa of the way "haha gotta be quicker then that to get me sweety" and i dashed acrossed the street with my bag i look back raising a brow "by the way i'm no ones sweetheart hun"
Nick had decent reflexes; the sword was brought across, managing to block the majority of the whip blow, although he jerked back when it stung his face. He growled as it bled a little, shifting his weight back and forth like an agitated viper.
"It's an expression," he hissed, the tip of the katana blade following her across the street. "You want me to call you somethin' else? Believe me, I can come up with somethin' much worse."
Yes, yes he could. Don't tempt him.

as it sliced her back decently "try me" back flip he nicked her knee "oh come on slow poke *flicking her whip again hitting his chest* pick up the speed" doing a cartwheel to stay away from his sword "missed me" doing a back flip (she was a gymnast) "misssed me" then she when to hit him when he got her stomic pretty well so she flipped back three times flicking her whip trying to get pay back "your not half bad pretty boy" how mad can i make him hehe
"Both of you stop!" Matt said, firing the gun into the air. "You both may be quick, but neither of you are faster than a bullet."
Nick was slowly backing up to try to preserve himself, his eyes following the whip at all times. He was about to launch a stinging retort when Matt fired the gun in the air, startling him and causing him to duck away, cursing under his breath.
Now that was stupid.
"Good going," he snapped, tilting his head to the side to listen. "Now every deadhead within a five mile radius is gonna come our way. Let's get the hell outta here."
He shot a furious glare at Misty, before whirling and decapitating a zombie that was coming up behind him. "Shut up."
