The bar was lively. Small but lively. There was a long counter, a small dancefloor, a stool with a microphone for karaoke and about five tables.
Only four people worked the bar. One at the counter, Bear, the owner. A large muscled fellow with brown eyes and a beard. Two young waitresses, one with a short pixie cut and the other long brown locks clearly Bears children. His wife, a dirty blonde, headed up the karaoke stand and music.
The same people came to this bar almost every night but Colt only came in on Friday nights. The built gentleman with blue eyes came into the bar and with a nod here and there picked a spot at the counter.
"Hey Bear. Can I get a steak sandwich, fries and a whiskey?" Colt asked and Bear not much if a talker nodded and grabbed a tumbler and filled it with a good whiskey before settling in at the stove to make the food orederd.
Colt took the glass raising it to his lips for a drink smiling to those he knew.

It was boredom that drove the young pinkette into coming to this bar. It was a new place for her but not a new scene. After all she did own a bar as well.
"Helloooo people!" She was energetic and cheerful, the same as always. The moment she pushed through the door she had to excitedly announce her presence. She did like drawing attention to herself but now it was done purely out of habit.
She was an adult but still looked to be too young to be in a bar ordering drinks. Lucky for her she had an amazing fake ID to help her get away with everything she ever wanted to do. Thank you Papa. It was all he was good for.
She gave a friendly wave to everyone who looked her way before skipping up to the counter where she would sit and lean over to rest her arms.

People liked up at the bubbly newcomer some gave a small wave while others looked her over approvingly. Bear came over holding a steak sandwich with fries and sat it down to a gentleman two stools away from the bubbly girl. "Thanks Bear. You always made the best food." Colt said before Bear took two steps over and gave the girl a once over then nodded "What'll it be?" he asked Bear usually a man of few words.
