Hello!
When I edit my profile the elf lady holding the keys tell me that if I become an epic member I can customize my profile, still I do wonder how much exactly can I customize? Just colors? Or can I completely rearrange everything with css? So far I have only seem people changing the profile background color, nothing to extreme.

Yes you get complete customisation of colours and a selection of images to display behind your avatar. Look at my profile if you want to see an example. (I only have a yellow glow behind my avatar but there are more ornate images to choose from)

Given the amount of customization possible in the character profiles it's a bummer to know that in user profiles one can barely color change, but that's a topic for the other board I suppose. Thank you for your answer, Claine!

One of the reasons custom CSS isn't currently possible on user profiles is because it gives people tools to hide aspects of their profile that are vital (such as the block or PM links) and it makes things more difficult for members and mods alike. I believe (but can't remember/confirm, I can't find the posts where this is mentioned) that Kim has plans to expand on the current editing tools to make more options available, such as background images like we see in groups.

So even if we won't be getting full CSS control, I'm fairly certain this is on the drawing board to find a good compromise.

Sanne, I imagined that would be one of the reasons. It would be pretty dumb to hide such things but I do imagine some would do that, I have seen that happen in other websites so it's totally possible Thanks for your answer!
