Here is a small prompt/story to help up!
Four lonely and bored men stroll into the night, talking amongst themselves in the city of Rome. There, they stumble across a marvelous fountain, nicknamed the 'Fountain of Love', the famous Trevi Fountain . . .
There was a tall man with a beard in his thirties, a guy with an orange bandana around his head in his early twenties, an awkward one in an old fashioned cloak who's almost thirty, and finally a black guy who seems rather bored who's young in his twenties.
"Hey look at that, it's the stupid 'love' fountain," Novaburst stood, having a staring contest with one of the statues that seem to equally glare at him. "They say you throw three coins, right?"
"Yes, the legend of the Trevi fountain," Frysel spoke up, looking as if he was gonna puke a bunch of information at Nova's face. "The first coin you throw ensures your return to Rome, the second gives you a new romance, and the third promises you a marriage."
"That's stupid," Nova chuckled. "Right guys?" He looks over to the other men who were just being all unnaturally quiet. Rykel was staring at the water, the lights underwater showing the plethora of coins thrown. Rechst just sat down at the edge of the fountain, looking away, definitely uninterested.
"Hey, maybe we should steal it!" Nova suddenly thought, almost jumping in the water before Rykel grabbed his arm and placed him down.
"Take heed of your rockets!" he said, frowning. "It's illegal if you do." He then sighed, his irritated expression softening. He slowly began to take out three shiny silver coins and throwing it in the fountain. Nova was surprised at this.
"Can I take your coins then?" he asked with a grin.
"No," Rykel replied. "I'm going to do this. Just because..." He stared back at the water, thinking about the legend that Frysel had recited. He had always dreamed of sharing his life with someone, somebody who would care for him, someone to share experiences with, secrets, emotions. It all seemed far-fetched, but the man was confident. If the legend was true, then it would happen. If not, then he might as well just wait. It didn't hurt to sacrifice three coins.
"Maybe you should try throwing in," Nova quickly nudged Frysel, chuckling. Frysel frowned at this, seeing himself as a rational thinker.
"As if it works," he mumbled, before throwing three coins in as well, although they were rusty and old, haven't been used in a while. "I'm just donating this to Rome. Nothing too special." He simply shrugged.
Rechst soon saw what they were all doing. "Hmm, does this fountain give you at least five girls?" he asked, but then the guys just turned to him with a bland look. "What? If I can have at least five really good girls, then I can try them all and decide which one fits... Finding the 'perfect' girl isn't easy, people."
"Are you just looking for a monogamous relationship?" Nova bursted out laughing.
"Whatever," Rechst shrugged, looking indifferent, and threw in only two copper US cent coins. "I really don't care much. It's just a kids story."
Nova then realized that most of his friends threw coins in the fountain. He glared one more time at the statues before throwing in two golden US dollar coins. "I'd love to return to Italy, but if you don't promise me a romance, I ain't coming back again, stonefaces!" he snapped at the statues, before going into a giggle. "Man, so much for love, you know? Let's just go home. Nothing's gonna happen."
And so, the four lonely men walk back to their respective apartments in that one hotel they have booked for their stay in Rome.
Later that night, (y/c) walks in and stumbles across the fountain right after they left. You sigh, seeing that love is a luxury you can't really obtain. You start to hate the legends of throwing coins in the fountain in hopes of finding love, so, being the angry girl you are, you decide to take several coins from the fountain for your own gain of getting money, and also 'saving' those dumb people who asked for the love of their life. You find a shiny silver coin, a rusty old coin, a copper US cent, and a golden US dollar coin. You take them home with you, and suddenly a thunderstorm goes over your head. Something strange is happening, and the four men shuffle in their own beds, a calling ringing in their dreams...

Hello darlings! I'm currently looking forward for a 1x1 RP with a longish-term storyline. This is going to be a definite Rom-Com (Romance comedy) RP filled with awkward, strange, but also hilarious and light-hearted parts to it! It's also Reverse Harem, basically where there are men who are willing to compete for the love of a single girl, who is in turn must decide which guy she prefers the most. Sound familiar? I'm currently using my boys, because they're slightly more interesting than my girls, if that helps answer your question as to why I'm using strictly males. Also because I am a sucker for the comedy lol. This RP can take place in a variety of environments, be it high school, college, or maybe just meeting random strangers (although that option is more hilarious as it offers you not seeing those people before.) The prompt (if you have read it) was inspired by a movie called 'When In Rome', although I can assure you the plot doesn't need to necessarily have to move with the film's plot. There is the aspect of magic in the RP however!

Frysel Oszwok
Frysel is a rather shy person when it comes to spending time with ones he's close to. When he deeply cares for someone, he will fight his way to becoming extremely loyal to them, as well as offering protection and comfort at any cost, no matter what happens. He's often quiet, and always, always puts the needs of his loved ones above his own, so even if he gets hurt by something, he'll completely neglect it and just check whether you're okay. Love can only strike him so hard that he would bluntly ask his loved one if they love him back. He might seem weak and fragile, as well as overly emotional and reactive, but he always places his feelings under the ones he cares about. His current relationship status says 'complicated', that's because he's an oracle, but sometimes oracle don't have to be entirely alone. He simply falls under the category of the emotional yet protective one. His competitive Level from 1-10 is 7.

He doesn't really care, and more often than not will he take a relationship at time as he sees that it is boring to stick with one person. However, if he finds a person that's just right for him, he'll keep checking on them and seeing them regularly, as well as occasionally being protective, placing his partner on top of himself at all times. He's not very good with emotions, but he will deal with his partner's emotions as best as he can and offer solutions. He's also very relaxed and can handle almost any problem. He doesn't get stressed very often, isn't afraid to get judged as he doesn't care what other people think about him, and he's always down to earth. Sometimes though he will act detached and uninterested, but that doesn't mean he is bored of his partner, more often than not is that he is spontaneous and always seeks doing thing in the now moment. A lot of his friends label him a bad boy, but really, no one can understand how he works. He falls under the category of the 'hot and cold' one. His competitive level from 1-10 is 8.

Once he finds the right partner, he'll ensure that he and his partner have a great life, no matter what. He's also very intimate and the most emotional one as he'll give plenty of hugs and cuddles. He's slightly more open than the rest and has a weakness for woman in general. He also has a whacky duck at his side that might seem to judge his partner 24/7. He falls under the category of the 'nice guy.' His competitive level from 1-10 is 5.

I do have requirements though, and I wish that you please abide with them, although I'm very flexible and I stretch a lot, I'd still want to get the most out of this RP with you!
Requirements:
-> No one, two, or three liner responses. This is going to be important as I will be looking forward to seeing how your character might behave or think. I know I'll be role-playing around four guys at once, but I won't be doing them all at the same time. At least write a paragraph. Quality over quantity! Be descriptive!
-> Active players. I'm looking for an active player who's actually willing to complete this RP. If you know you're going to be leaving the RP out of some real life problem, please tell me, I don't bite at all! But if you leave me hanging for too long, I'm assuming you're not interested and I will be leaving it forever in the dark silence... I'll be thoroughly upset. I'm not asking for continuous responses, at least once a day is fine! Make sure to make the responses count though!
