I'm in a group but you can't Role-play in the furom because of IC in character blocking you from posting it says I have to make a IC. Character to post here and have it apporved.

Anyone can help the onwer is not sure either.

I'm not sure I completely understand, but if you're following the rules of the group and the owner of it can't even explain it, send in a Bug Report to Kim so she can have a look-see!
